By confirming your booking at Yambuk Beach Shack, you agree to the following terms:
The person making the booking must be at least 18 years of age and is responsible for all guests staying at the property.
Check-in is from 3:00 pm and check-out is by 10:00 am, unless otherwise arranged.
The maximum occupancy is 4 guests.
The property is strictly no smoking or vaping indoors.
Pets are not permitted, as the property is not fully fenced.
Please respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum, particularly between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am.
Parties and events are not permitted.
Guests are responsible for leaving the property in a clean and tidy condition and for reporting any accidental damage during their stay.
Yambuk Beach Shack is located in a natural coastal environment. Guests are responsible for their own safety while on the property and when exploring nearby beaches, dunes and waterways.
We reserve the right to charge for any excessive cleaning, damage or loss caused during your stay.
Security Deposit:
For all direct bookings, a pre-authorisation of $250 AUD is held one day before your arrive, and released two days after departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Full refund if cancelled up to 14 days before check-in.
50% refund for cancellations up to 7 days before check-in.
Cancellations within 7 days of reservation are non-refundable.
